A simple path to peace, clarity, and purposeful change
You just took a powerful step by asking for this starter kit. That tells me something important: you're ready for change—or maybe, change has already arrived, and you're looking for a way to meet it with more clarity and peace.
I know what it's like to be in a season of uncertainty. I've walked through big transitions too—and I'll share more of that as we journey together. For now, this kit is here to help you pause, reconnect to your center, and take your next small, meaningful step.
You'll hear from me when I release new resources to support you on your journey.
You're not alone in this. I'm so glad you're here.
Warmly,
Joan

If you nodded along to even one of these… welcome. You're at a Change Point. And you're not alone.
When life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or in transition, the most powerful first step is to return to your center.
This is not about solving or fixing anything. It's about reconnecting to the deeper part of you that already knows what matters most.
Take a few quiet moments with these prompts. Choose one or two that speak to you, and let your answers emerge without pressure or judgment.
What is truly important to me right now?
What feels steady and reliable, even when the world around me is uncertain?
What is the deeper source of my energy, joy, and peace—beyond temporary pleasures?
What belongs at the center of my life now?
As you reflect, don't worry about having the "right" answers. Just notice what wants to be heard.
This is your moment to begin re-centering your life around what matters most.
Below is the Change Point Circle—a visual map of the five stages of growth in times of transition:
Surrender • Simplify • Sanctify • Spark • Serve
Use the previous exercise and your gut instinct to name and claim what belongs at the center of your life right now.
Print, screenshot, or draw the blank version of this circle.
In the center space, add a word, symbol, or image that represents your anchor—what gives you strength, clarity, and peace in this moment.
There's no right answer. Trust what comes up.
Tip: Some people draw a heart, a flame, a mantra, or a word like "Truth" or "Love." What will you place at the center?
